The BGSU College Democrats, in conjunction with Progress BG, are hosting the fifth annual Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day Food Drive.Beginning Friday, the BGSU College Democrats will be building a
fortress of non-perishable food items on the table tops of the Bowling Green coffee shop Grounds for
Thought, to help the hungry in celebration of Dr. King and his life of service to the disenfranchised and
impoverished.The BGSU College Democrats will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items all weekend
at the big table in the back of Grounds for Thought, located at 174 S. Main St. in Bowling Green. They will
also going door to door in Bowling Green to collect donations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
