Black Swamp Conservancy elects officers and trustees

PERRYSBURG – The Black Swamp Conservancy, a non-profit land conservation organization based in the city,
held elections for its board of trustees June 21.
Neil Munger, director of the Wood County Park District, and Carol Gee, a communications consultant from
Perrysburg, were re-elected to the conservancy’s board.
Elected to their first terms on the board were:
• Kelly Faris, chair of the Put-in-Bay Township Park District.
• Katie Swartz Rousseau, associate director of American Rivers in Toledo.
• Ford Weber, president and CEO of Lucas County Improvement Corporation.
Also elected to the board were Tom Reed, treasurer of Entelco Corporation of Perrysburg, and Eric Kraus,
product manager of Aquablok Ltd.
The conservancy board elected Reed as president and Kraus as vice president. Louise Jackson was elected
treasurer. She is a partner with the law firm of Spengler Nathanson PLL.
Garrick White, a partner with Anspach Meeks Ellenberger LLP, was elected secretary.
