criminal mischief and carrying a concealed weapon.
Police cited Ryan C. Morin, BG, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; Isai J.
Brito, Napoleon, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Eder M. Brito, BG, possession of marijuana.

¥ at Ohio 65 and South Ridge Street. Matthew Miller, Perrysburg, reportedly failed to yield the right of
way and was struck by Sharon Meeker, BG. Meeker reported non-incapacitating injury but was not taken to
a hospital.
¥ at North Dixie Highway and north I-475. Nola Shiets, BG, was cited for assured clear distance ahead
after striking a vehicle driven by Kayla Lowe, BG.
¥ at 26475 North Dixie Highway. Nicholas Tsirlis, Perrysburg, was cited for failure to yield from a drive

Derek DeVerna, Perrysburg, was arrested for drug trafficking, tampering with evidence, possession of drug
paraphernalia, and offenses including underage persons at Horseshoe Bend Drive and Chasenwood. Justin
Overholt, Perrysburg, was also arrested for possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and tampering with
evidence.
Mark Grosjean, Grand Rapids, was stopped for a marked lanes violation and arrested for OVI, drug
possession, drug instruments, and obstruction of official business.

A large black poodle, belonging to Jamie Kile, Perrysburg, reportedly attacked and injured a cat in the
26300 block of Carrington Boulevard. The cat was taken to an animal hospital for treatment. The dog was
to be euthanized.

¥ at Front Street and Wapakoneta Road, Grand Rapids. Hector Deltoro, Santa Barbara, Calif., was cited for
improper backing after striking a vehicle driven by Amanda Drummond, McClure.

¥ at Ohio 25 and Walnut Street. Lela Schulze, McClure, was cited for right of way when turning left after

¥ at Linwood Road just east of Huffman Road. Delia Dean, Maumee, traveled off the left side of the road,
went into a ditch, overturned, and then struck the ditch. She was not injured.
¥ at Yates Road just east of Portage Road. James Lewis, Fostoria, was cited for rules for starting and
backing after striking a Sheriff’s cruiser parked due to the investigation of another accident.
¥ at 6498 Linwood Road, west of Caskie Road. A tractor with a six-row planter driven by David Housholder,
Portage, struck a vehicle driven by Raymond Pesar, Pemberville.

¥ at U.S. 6 and New Rochester Road. Taylor Marshall, Bradner, was cited for assured clear distance ahead
after striking a vehicle driven by Stewart O’Quin, BG. O’Quin’s vehicle subsequently struck a vehicle
