A single-vehicle accident on Poe Road just west of Bowling Green Sunday morning brought down power lines
and injured one person. BG Electric was called to make repairs after Toledo Edison was incorrectly
notified..
The vehicle came to a stop in the 15000 block of West Poe Road near Liberty Hi Road after 10 a.m.
An air ambulance was diverted from the scene to Wood County Hospital, where the patient was loaded and
taken to a Toledo hospital.
The vehicle also reportedly struck a mailbox in the 1000 block of Poe Road in the city.
