Local church looks at ‘Unlocking Revelation’

The Bowling Green Seventh-Day Adventist Church is presenting a series called "Unlocking
Revelation" to explore the reasons behind an increasing onslaught of devastating events.
Organizers note the earthquakes in Christchurch, New Zealand, Haiti and Chile, as well as the tsunami in
Samoa and other instances referred to as "acts of God" by insurance companies. They also note
the proliferation of wars including the ongoing war in Afghanistan, all of which organizers say "in
an age of enlightenment, are expected."
The program will address what may connect to the Book of Revelations.
Beyond just speaking about these events, the goal is to help people find a sense of hope, meaning and
purpose in their lives.
Pastor Yuliyan Filipov, presenter of "Unlocking Revelation," says the series will comfort
people and give them sense of purpose in time of uncertainty.
The series begins March 20 at 7 p.m. and will continue every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at 7
p.m. through April 25.
The seminar is absolutely free of charge and the public is invited.
The church is located at 331 S. Enterprise.
