Winter Wonderland at Briar Hill
NORTH BALTIMORE – Briar Hill Health Campus at 600 Sterling Drive will host a Winter Wonderland event Dec.
13 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
See live reindeer, visit with Santa, take a sleigh ride, sing Christmas carols and support Toys for Tots.
There will be a drop box for toys at Briar Hill.

Holiday card party set Dec. 8 at Portage Valley
PEMBERVILLE – The annual Holiday Card Party, sponsored by the Friends of Otterbein Portage Valley, will
be held Dec. 8 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. in the OPV auditorium at 20311 Pemberville Road.
Tickets are $5 and open to the public.
There will be refreshments and door prizes. The facility’s gift shop will be open for holiday gift
shopping.
‘Complaints of a Dutiful Daughter’ film viewing Dec. 2
PERRYSBURG – On Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. the Academy Award nominated film "Complaints of a Dutiful
Daughter" will be reviewed and a discussion will follow the film viewing at the Way Public Library
at 101 E. Indiana Ave.
This film documents a mother’s Alzheimer’s disease and her daughter’s response to the changes. An
authentic chronicle, this film is informative, entertaining and presented with profound insight and a
dose of humor. Families dealing with dementia or behavioral symptoms, or considering placement in a long
term facility will want to see this film.
