To all persons interested in the Estate of James F. Fillhart, deceased, Wood County Probate Court, Case
No. 20081445. The fiduciary in the estate has filed an inventory and appraisal of his trust. A hearing
on the inventory and appraisal will be December 4, 2009, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the court. The court
is located on the second floor in the Wood County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green,
Ohio.
Any person desiring to file exceptions to said inventory must file them at least five days prior to the
day set for hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the State of Ohio, Department of Developmental Disabilities, OAC 5123:2-1-02, the Wood
County Board of and Developmental Disabilities will hold a Public Hearing to gather public comment on
their annual action plan.
On Wednesday, December 9, 2009, 7:00 p.m. at the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 1921
East Gypsy Lane Road, WLI Conference Rooms 2 & 3, Entrance C, the Board will entertain all
comments in relation to the annual action plan.
The 2010 Annual Action Plan is available to any citizen upon request. Please forward all requests to
Donna Beam, Director of Operations, at 419-352-5115, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
