Personal property taxes distributed in the county

Wood County Auditor Michael Sibbersen has announced the distribution of second half general personal
property taxes in the amount of $485,911.
Schools received $333,480 of the total, with townships getting $46,707, followed by Wood Lane, $39,432;
and the Wood County Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction, Mental Health services, $15,302.
The county’s general fund received $13,831, and municipalities got $12,825; Job and Family Services,
$7,651; Wood County Park District, $5,885; Wood County Committee on Aging, $4,120; Wood County Health
Department, $2,885; and Way Public Library, $1,059.
Of the schools, Lake received the most at $67,120, followed by Perrysburg, $66,907; Rossford, $50,155;
Northwood $30,301; North Baltimore, $29,435; Eastwood, $25,334; Penta, $16,768; Lakota, $14,254;
Elmwood, $13,698; and Otsego, $11,745.
Perrysburg Township led the townships with $12,869, followed by Lake, $11,492.
Among the municipalities, Perrysburg received $4,061, followed by Rossford, $3,365, and North Baltimore,
$1,180. TARTA received $2,859.
