NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Village Administrator, 25 North Second Street, Village of Waterville,
Ohio 43566, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on November 5, 2009 for the furnishing of all labor, materials,

manholes; removal of intruding service taps; replacing two service taps; removing a combination manhole,
replacement of catch basin; cleaning and televising sanitary sewers; maintaining traffic; restoration of
pavements and lawns; and associated work.
The Contract Documents including the construction plans, proposal form and specifications, are on file at
