I am writing to endorse Councilman at Large Bob McOmber for a second term. Vitally important to our
county’s success in expanding local businesses and bringing new jobs to our county is the ability to
work together and communicate on various issues. McOmber has reached out to me on a number of occasions
during his first term in office to further our working relationship. I’m impressed that he often thinks
in terms of the impact some issues may have on our county, most notably the importance of Bowling
Green’s helpful water sales to neighboring communities. He has also communicated with me on numerous
occasions about the county’s conservative budgeting practices and procedures. Wood County is a great
place to live, work and raise a family because our elected officials in the county and various
communities put working together and sharing ideas at the forefront. I hope you will join me in voting
for someone who advances that teamwork approach, McOmber.
