Woman reports sexual assault in Perrysburg Twp.

PERRYSBURG – Township police are searching for a man who sexually assaulted a woman early Friday morning
on Oregon Road near the Chrysler Machining Plant.
Lt. Mark Hetrick said this morning that the woman reported driving north on Oregon Road toward the Circle
K store at about 1:50 a.m. and stopped to assist an approximately 7-year-old boy beside a truck that had
pulled to the side of the road. While trying to talk with the boy, she was attacked from behind and
assaulted.
The woman later drove to the nearby convenience store at I-795 and contacted the police. She was
transported to a nearby hospital and treated.
The suspect was described as a roughly 6-foot Hispanic or light-skin black male in his late 20s or 30s.
Police believe he has a tattoo of a sword with a dragon wrapped around it on his left hand The top of
the tattoo reads "USAR."
He reportedly was wearing blue jeans, a black Carhartt jacket and a Pittsburgh Steelers hat.
He was reportedly driving a black or dark blue GMC pickup truck with a silver toolbox and an unknown Ohio
plate.
