BGSU athletics to have live video stream
The Bowling Green State University athletic department and Falcon Sports Properties have reached an
agreement with B2 Networks to stream live video of home athletic events beginning this fall.
Bowling Green fans will be able to purchase games on an individual basis or pay for a season pass to view
broadband broadcasts via their computer.
Feeds will come directly from the Buckeye Cable Sports Network (BCSN) broadcasts of the games and will be
available for all home games not televised nationally in the sports of football, men’s basketball,
women’s basketball, and hockey.
As well, a season pass will allow broadcast access to all road games BGSU plays in which the home team is
a B2 Networks partner. For hockey, that will prove especially beneficial as a handful of conference
opponents broadcast via the B2 Networks.
Along with broadband broadcasting, Bowling Green and B2 Networks will also launch a broadband station
that will show replays of BGSU athletic events 24 hours a day. The station is planned for launch later
in the athletic year and will be free for all viewers.

BG hockey adds volunteer coach
The BGSU hockey program has added Doug Slipacoff as a volunteer assistant coach and video coordinator for
the Falcon hockey team.
Slipacoff will serve as an assistant to interim head coach Dennis Williams and be active in team drills.
He will also assume responsibility of all video operations and film analysis for Falcon hockey.
Slipacoff and Williams spent time together at Neumann College where Williams was the Knights’ head coach
from 2003-06. Slipacoff played under Williams at Neumann for two seasons.
In 2008-09, Slipacoff was a defenseman for the Division III national champion team at Neumann. He played
in 12 games and recorded two assists during the championship season. In his carrer at Neumann, Slipacoff
played in 40 games, scored one goal and recorded five assists for a total of six career points.
