J. Scott and Christine Pullen, Napoleon, along with Charles and Peggy Downard, Bowling Green, announce
the engagement of their children, Kellee Elise Pullen and Benjamin Charles Downard.
The bride-to-be graduated from Napoleon High School in 2001 and from Morehead State University in 2006
with a B.A. in Literature. She volunteers her time for the Wood County CASA/GAL program.
Downard graduated from Napoleon in 2004 and is currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He
completed the Police Academy at Owens Community College in July and is now pursuing a degree in criminal
justice at Owens.
The couple manages Cedar Park Apartments in Bowling Green.
They plan an Oct. 10 wedding at the Wood County Historical Museum, Bowling Green.
