Michael Eberly, Bowling Green, has earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Saint
Martin’s University, Lacey, Wash.
Commencement was May 9.
Defiance College
Defiance College held its 122nd commencement in May.
Among the local graduates were Ginger Obermyer, Grand Rapids, bachelor of arts; Candice Schmitt, Bowling
Green, bachelor of science, magna cum laude; Kaitlin Studer, Grand Rapids, bachelor of science, cum
laude; and James Beaverson, Bowling Green, master of business administration.
Trinity College
Thomas Hopkin Keller, Perrysburg, graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., on May 17 with a
bachelor’s degree in public policy and law and religion.
Kenyon College
Andrew Saygers and Amy Kessler, both of Bowling Green, graduated from Kenyon College in May.
Saygers received a bachelor of arts, cum laude, with a major in English; and Kessler earned a bachelor of
arts, cum laude, with a major in biology.
Kaplan University
Andrew Snyder, Bowling Green, was awarded a bachelor of science degree in information technology from
Kaplan University.
The university celebrated its summer commencement July 25 in Chicago.
Excelsior College
Kendra Souder, Fostoria, has earned an associate degree in science in nursing from Excelsior College,
Albany, N.Y.
University of Wyoming
The University of Wyoming awarded a bachelor of science degree to Ashley McCall, of Bowling Green, at the
completion of the 2009 spring semester.
