Three injured in U.S. 6 crash
Three people were taken to the hospital Thursday following a three-car accident southwest of Bowling
Green.
According to Wood County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at about 2 p.m. at U.S. 6 and Sand Ridge
Road when a vehicle driven by Kaysie Hague, 17, Custar, was traveling south on Sand Ridge Road and

Hague’s vehicle traveled off the southeast corner of the intersection into a ditch, and the Frankart
vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a vehicle driven by Robert Smith, 53, of
Rudolph.
Frankart, Hague and Hague’s passenger, Dustin Deffenbaugh, 26, Wayne, were taken to Wood County Hospital
