Gene and Ruth Ann (Kahlenberg) Duty of Luckey are observing their 50th wedding anniversary this weekend.

They were married July 25, 1959 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, peberville.
Gene Duty worked in the banking industry and in auto sales for several years before retirement. Ruth Ann
Duty taught home economics at Cardinal Stritch High School for several years and retired from Toledo
Public Schools. She also taught Sunday school classes for40 years.
They have two children, Bob, Waterville, and Pam Abbott, Bowling Green. There are two granddaughters,
Sarah and Bethany.
