WAYNE – Eloise R. Vosburg, 80, of Wayne, Ohio, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at Toledo Hospital, Toledo,
Ohio.
She was born April 20, 1929 in Bowling Green, Ohio, to Leo and Lucille (Ickes) Meder. She married Melvin
A. Vosburg on May 29, 1963 in Scotch Ridge, Ohio. He passed away on June 15, 2003.
Surviving are a son, Dennis (Ginger) Vosburg, Onalaska, Washington; three daughters, Linda (Duane)
Wilson, Maumee, Ohio; Connie (Alan) Hedge, Bradner, Ohio; and Tina (Ronald) Steinman, Jerry City, Ohio;
seven grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nine stepgreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers, Joe and Homer.
Eloise retired from the Elmwood School District where she was a cook at the former Wayne Elementary from
1972-1989.
She was a member of the former Wayne American Legion Auxiliary Post.
She also was a 4-H advisor.
Mrs. Vosburg loved reading, flea marketing and her pet dogs.
She was a 1947 graduate of Webster Township High School.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2009, at Barndt Funeral Home, Wayne, Ohio. John
Amstutz, minister will officiate. Burial will be in Graham Cemetery, Wayne, Ohio.
Visitation is Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. and from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Barndt Funeral Home, Wayne, Ohio.

Memorial donations may be made to Wood Haven Health Care, Bradner EMS or Wood County Hospital Dialysis
Center.
