Livestock Unlimited
The Livestock Unlimited 4H club held a meeting on Sunday at the home of Garret, Logan, and Hunter Browne.

The meeting started with brief committee sessions and reports back to the entire club by the chairmen.

The new "Standing Tall Since 1998" T-shirts designed by club member James Morlock were
dispersed and will be on display at the Wood County Fair.
The food drive is going well, with the last collection being donated to Martha’s Kitchen.
The club congratulated its 16 members who received an Outstanding Livestock Interview the previous
Tuesday.
Plans are in the making for booth and barn set-ups for the fair with Bob Strow and Dave Eschedor being
the bedding "Superheroes." The club is looking into having signs made for each barn to
recognize its much-appreciated Junior Fair premium buyers.
The next items scheduled are the Showmanship practices. The sheep showmanship practice is scheduled for
Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Eschedor home. The Frobose family will host the swine practice at 8:30 a.m.
Saturday, and the beef at 10:30 a.m.
The next meeting is the annual potluck at the Tony Morlock residence on July 26 at 4 p.m. Each family is
to bring a main dish and a 2-liter of pop. Families with last names A-F should bring desserts and those
H-Z should bring salads/appetizers.
Duke’s Mixture
Duke’s Mixture 4-H Club met at the Webster Township Hall on Sunday with 15 members in attendance.
Members talked about a possible community service project with Blue Ribbon Rangers to do landscaping
around the Township Hall.
The club is planning to put bales of straw in the trailer for people to sit on and also put fringe around
the outside of the trailer.
The T-shirts were ordered recently.
Members also discussed booth ideas. They plan to put recipe cards with the names of the members on them
in the booth.
The booths slogan will be "Mix it Up with Dukes Mixture" and it will be in white lettering. The
background will be purple and white. Everyone should bring construction paper and supplies to the next
meeting.
Also, everyone should bring one utensil to the booth setup. Ross Bockbrader, Wade Sattler, and Stephany
Bockbrader gave demonstrations.
The next meeting will be Sunday at 7 p.m.
Leaders Of Tomorrow
The Leaders Of Tomorrow 4-H Club had a meeting at a Rudolph church Sunday.
Members made final decisions on the float and booth. The leaders reminded everyone their shift at the
milkshake booth will be Aug. 7 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
The next work day is July 21 at Jenna Foster’s house at 6:30 p.m.
The next meeting will be held July 26 at the Rudolph church.
