Builder and radio talk show host Rick Metz will speak about the Ohio economy to the Bowling Green Kiwanis
Club at Stone Ridge Country Club at noon on Thursday.
Metz, a native of East Liverpool, will discuss the effect of the recession on the state from the
perspective of someone who grew up in eastern Ohio where the manufacturing-driven economy has struggled
for 40 years.
A 1973 BGSU graduate, his radio show, "A Firm Foundation, was launched nine years ago.
