FOSTORIA – Mary E. (Hagley) Dell, 88, of Fostoria, died Thursday (June 25, 2009).
She was the former co-owner of Dell’s Restaurant, Fostoria.
Born Dec. 6, 1920 in Carey, to Clarence and Nella (Kimmel) Hagley, she married Raymond J. Dell on April
9, 1942 in Fostoria, and he survives.
Also surviving are a son, Rodney of Old Hickory, Tenn.; two daughters, Debbie Welly, Fostoria, and Ginger
Baringer, Shaker Heights; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by
two brothers, Robert and Russell Hagley, and a sister, Charlene Hagley.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Hope Lutheran Church, Fostoria. Rev. Dr. Larry Knigga will
preside. Burial will follow in St. Wendelin Cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Hoening Funeral Home, Fostoria. Additional visitation will begin
at 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
