The Falcon Hockey School scheduled for July 26-30 has been canceled.

Former Falcon assistant Ellerbe joins George Washington staff
WASHINGTON – Former Bowling Green Falcon assistant coach Brian Ellerbe has been hired as an assistant
men’s basketball coach at George Washington.
Ellerbe returns to coaching after an eight-year break. He was fired by Michigan in 2001 and has since
been working as a basketball consultant for collegiate and youth programs, and as the vice president for
corporate development for a construction services company.
Ellerbe was 62-60 in four seasons at Michigan, but only 26-38 in the Big Ten.
BGHS football skills camp set
The Bowling Green High School football coaching staff will be conducting a football skills camp July
27-30 for any student entering grades 5-8.
Cost is $45 if registered by July 13. Daily sessions are from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Registration forms are
available at the high school office from 7:30 a.m.-noon and 1-3:30 p.m.; or e-mail at
[email protected].
Reimold 1-for-4 in Orioles’ loss
MIAMI – Former BGSU standout Nolan Reimold went 1-for-4 with a single and a strikeout in Baltimore’s 11-3
loss to the Florida Marlins Thursday.
Reimold is batting .276 in 37 games this season.
