NOTICE TO
BID
The Lake Township Trustees will accept sealed bids at their office, 27975 Cummings Road, Millbury, Ohio,
43447, until July 7, 2009 at 5:00 pm. Said bids will be opened immediately thereafter for the following
Road Resurfacing projects.
Keller Road (T-311) from East Broadway to Luckey Road, Length: approx. 1 mile
Libbey Road (T-308) from Lemoyne Road east to concrete. Length: approx. .4 miles
Specifications may be obtained at the office 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or by calling
419-838-6536.
A bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) must accompany each bid. A one hundred
percent (100%) performance bond shall be issued by the successful bidder.
All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Lake Township Road Improvements 2009.”
All bidders shall submit a statement that they are not charged at the time the bid was submitted with any
delinquent personal taxes as per O.R.C. Section 5719.42.
Attention of bidders as to the requirements of employment and prevailing wage rates in effect. Any low
bid or best bid may be accepted. Lake Township Trustees reserve the right to accept any or all bids
received and waive any irregularities. Lake Township Trustees reserve the right to accept all or a
partial list of bids.

The Ohio School Facilities Commission intends to employ construction managers for the Commission’s school
facilities projects. Construction Management firms interested in being considered for a contract to
provide the required services should reply with a statement of qualifications by
