Indictments include man accused of raping two children, ages 7 and 12

Mychal Byram, 28, currently in custody at the Wood County jail, was indicted by a Wood County Grand Jury
on Wednesday of two counts each of rape and gross sexual imposition.
Both rape charges carry a specification due to the fact that the alleged victims are under the age of 13.

According to the indictment, he is charged with offenses between May 1, 2007 and June 6, 2009 with a girl
who was only 7-years-old at the first date; while the second offense is alleged to have occurred on June
6 with a victim who was 12 at the time.
His case has been assigned to Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Reeve Kelsey. He is to be arraigned
June 29 at 1 p.m.
Byram was one of 14 individuals indicted on Wednesday.
A Bill of Information was also handed down by the grand jury for seven additional individuals.
David Butler, 30, with a San Jose, Calif. address was indicted for kidnapping, domestic violence and
attempted felonious assault as a result of a June 15 incident. His case was assigned to Judge Robert
Pollex, with arraignment set for June 30 at 1:30 p.m.
Two Eagleville Road women were each indicted for aggravated arson in relation to an April 18 incident.
Margene Graham, 32, and Stephanie Nickell, 20, are to be arraigned in Pollex’s courtroom, also on June
30 at 1:30 p.m.
Other indictments handed down were:
¥ Kirk Burns, Blaine, Wash.; Javier Parga, Cape Coral, Fla.; William L. Miller, Everman, Texas; and Beau
Parker, Jackson, Mich.; all for non-support,
¥ Yamoussa Toure, Toledo, burglary,
¥ Cody Camper of Forest, Ohio, two counts of failure to comply,
¥ Mario Graham, Walbridge, robbery,
¥ John Tucholski, Rossford, misuse of credit cards,
¥ Gary Wilcox, Dayton, having weapons while under disability, and
¥ Erica Ealey, Detroit, identity fraud, forgery and enganging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
Bills of information were provided for:
¥ Christopher Aurion, Findlay, two counts of receiving stolen property,
¥ Tyler Boothman, Northwood, receiving stolen property,
¥ Michael Hague, listed at the jail, domestic violence,
¥ Ashley Halm and Brooke Pridemore, both of East Evers Street, and Shannon Holly, Hudson, Mich., each
listed with attempt to commit an offense which was not specified in the bill,
¥ Matthew Manley, Napoleon Road, possession of drugs.
