YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you are an owner/lienholder of record on a
parcel of real property named in a legal action entitled In the Matter of the Foreclosure of Liens for
Delinquent Land Taxes by Action In Rem, Jill Engle, Treasurer of Wood County, Ohio, vs. Certain Parcels
of Land Encumbered with Delinquent Tax Liens. This action has been assigned Case Number 2009LF0034 and
is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402.
The object of the complaint is to foreclose the lien for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and
interest against real estate located at 9175 Custar Road, Custar, Wood County, Ohio.

The South fifty (50) feet of the following described premises, to wit:
Commencing sixty-one (61) rods fourteen and one-half (14 1/2) feet North of the Southeast corner of
Section Twenty (20) Town Four (4) North, Range Nine (9) East in the County of Wood and State of Ohio;
thence West one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence South one hundred twenty (120) feet; thence east one

NOTICE TO
BIDDERS

CITY OF ROSSFORD
Sealed proposals marked for “Replacement of Roofs” will be received at the office of the City of
Rossford, 133 Osborn Street, Rossford, Ohio 43460-2633, until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009 and
immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing the necessary labor, material and
equipment for the replacement of the roofs at the Rossford Police Station and the Rossford
Senior/Community Recreation Center, as specified.
A bid bond, certified or cashier’s check on a solvent bank, payable to the City of Rossford in the amount
of 10% of the bid total is required with each bid. There is also a requirement for the successful bidder
to each provide a 100% performance bond.
All bids must be made on the forms provided with the bid specifications. Specifications are available at
the Office of the City Administrator, 133 Osborn St., Rossford, Ohio 43460; Monday through Friday from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the
Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The
Council of the City of Rossford, Ohio reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or
all bids and to determine the lowest and best bidder.

The opinion of the probable total cost is $145,000 to $165,000.
