20091214. The fiduciary in the estate has filed an inventory without appraisal of her trust. A hearing
on the inventory without appraisal will be July 6, 2009, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. in the court. The court
is located on the second floor in the Wood County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green,
Ohio.

To the Defendants KRS Investments, Inc. and Sam Kouza, whose last known addresses are 1550 E. Wooster
Street, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, and 535 W. Gypsy Lane, Lot #287, Bowling Green, OH 43402,
respectively, but whose present addresses are unknown to Plaintiff and cannot, with reasonable
diligence, be ascertained, will take notice that on March 31, 2009, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the
Common Pleas Court of Wood County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. 2009-CV-0315, and
thereby commenced a civil action against the above-named Defendants, for damages arising out of a breach
of contract, breach of guaranty, fraud, alter ego and conspiracy occurring in January 2009.
The relief demanded is for judgment for compensatory and special damages based upon the evidence
presented.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this
notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to
be made on the 30th day of June, 2009.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure
within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the
Complaint.

BIDDERS

Section 307.87,

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of July, 2009,
by the Board of County Commissioners of Wood County, Ohio, at its office in the Wood County Office
Building, Bowling Green, Ohio, and immediately opened thereafter.
Such Proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following as described: –
The Wood County Job and Family Services, is requesting proposals for the creation of a curriculum for
Green Energy to preserve and create jobs, promote the nations economic recovery, and to assist those
most impacted by the recession.
A bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount shall accompany
each proposal submitted.
All proposals shall be sealed and plainly marked: “Green Energy Curriculum”.
The successful bidder will be required to sign an affidavit of contractor or supplier of non-delinquency
of personal property taxes in accordance with Section 5719.042, Revised Code of Ohio and a Non Collusion
Affidavit, pursuant to the Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 92-2041.

Bidding blanks and specifications for the same shall be on a prescribed blank and obtained by contacting
the Board of County Commissioners at the Wood County Office Building. All bids shall be properly signed
by an authorized representative of the bidder.
The Notice to Bidders is posted on the internet and may be viewed on Wood County’s web page at:

In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Section 2909.33, the successful bidder will be required to
certify that it does not provide material assistance to any organization on the United States department
of state terrorist exclusion list. The Terrorist Exclusion List may be found on the Ohio Homeland
Security Web site at:
http://www.homeland
security.ohio.gov/
Certification shall be made by completing a Declaration Regarding Material Assistance/Nonassistance To A
Terrorist Organization Form.
The Board of County Commissioners may reject any or all of the bids. The Board of County Commissioners
reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid that do not affect or destroy
competitive bidding. In no case will an award be made until all necessary investigations are made as to
the qualifications of the bidder to whom it is proposed to award the contract.
