Gordy Heminger, Bowling Green’s First Ward City Council representative, has announced he will be leaving
BG City Council July 20 to take a job in Indianapolis.
Heminger will become President and CEO of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity.
Heminger has been on council for two terms and had filed for re-election in November.
