Danny and Cindy Schmitz, Bowling Green, along with Larry and Becky Harsanje, Elmore, announce the
engagement of their children, Jamie Lynn Schmitz and Scott Andrew Harsanje.
The bride-to-be graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2004 and from Bowling Green State University
in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication. She is employed by the U.S. Department
of the Navy,as a human resources technician.
Harsanje graduated from Woodmore High School in 2002 and is a 2006 graduate of Owens Community College
with an associate degree in fire science technology. He is currently serving in the U.S. Navy, stationed
on Coronado Island, Calif.
The couple will be married on Aug. 1 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Bowling Green.
