JERRY CITY ? Tonight at 7, Elmwood Middle School students will present their musical ?Dear Edwina Junior?
in the Community Center auditorium. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for students and senior citizens, and

Delightful and funny, the show is about Edwina Spoonapple (Courtney Thomson) who gives advice on all
sorts of issues, teaching all of Paw Paw, Mich., about good and proper manners. With the help of her
many friends, every Sunday afternoon she hosts a TV show right out of her garage, reading people?s
letters and giving them some great advice.
Other characters that appear in the show include Scary Uncle Vladimir (Casey Heller), Frank the
Frankenguest (Wesley Britt), the Fairy Forkmother (Amanda Jones), the Queen of Boola Boola (Brooke
Heinze), Mary Sue Betty Bob (Mackenzie Potter), Farmer Jerry (Josh Hosley), Ziggy (Jacob Houtz) and his
steel drum band, and Paw Paw?s own winner of the Paw Paw Battle of the Bands, Susie (Madison Arnold) and
the Napkins.
Also among the colorful cast of characters are Edwina?s friends who help her put on the show: Becky, the
cheerleader (Madison Reinhard), Kelli the dancer (Kassara Bradford), Scott the hopelessly in love
chairman of the chess club (Casey Heller), Annie the Girl Scout (Kelly McCullough), Bobby the new next
door neighbor (Aaron West), and two very handy stage hands, Billy and Cordell Vanderploonk (Christopher
Kerr and Josh Hosley.)
?Dear Edwina Junior? is part of Music Theatre International?s Broadway Junior collection. Music is by
