The Social Security Administration office at 440 E. Poe Road is moving.
The move will start Monday and conclude May 22. During the week, the office will remain open but with
limited staffing and services through Thursday. No phone or computer service will be available on
Friday.
The office’s Web site, www.socialsecurity.gov, and its national toll free call center at 1-800-772-1213
will be available without interruption.
The office will reopen May 26 at 745 Innovation Drive, off Napoleon Road just east Dunbridge Road in
Bowling Green.
The new fax number will be (419) 352-4018 and will be operational on May 26. The office also has a new
