Bowling Green Police Division Ptl. Robin Short, who is the community D.A.R.E. officer, helps kids cross a
“street” during the first day of safety town at Kenwood Elementary on Monday. Safety Town sessions,
which are geared toward children ages 4.5 though 6 who have not started kindergarten, run through July
11. Advanced Safety Town, which is also offered through Bowling Green Parks and Recreation, will be held
July 7-11.
