Wes Polinsky and his daughter Leeann Amerika Polinsky, 5, dance at the Princess Ball held at Bowling Green State University earlier this month. Girls in kindergarten through grade six were invited to walk the red carpet. The night featured raffle prizes, real-life princesses interacting with the girls and a photo experience. One girl was crowned “princess of the ball.” The event was hosted by the BGSU Softball Team, which will use the ball’s proceeds toward the team’s cost for its 10-day spring break trip.
