BG men's soccer loses in OT
Detroit's Ken Simon scored 7:45 into the first overtime for a 3-2 win over Bowling Green Wednesday in a non-conference men's soccer game. BG is now 2-12-3 overall.
The Falcons took a 2-0 lead in the first half on goals by Cameron Hepple and Jacob Lawrence. Dylan Schoettley made five saves for the Falcons.



Perrysburg wrestling club plans registration
PERRYSBURG - The Perrysburg Wrestling Club has registration for a youth wrestling program, available to students K-6th grade on Tuesday. Registration is at the Perrysburg High School mezzanine area from 6:30 7:30 p.m.
Further information along with  registration forms are available on the club's Web site, www.perrysburgwrestling.org.
Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6- 7:30 p.m. on the Perrysburg High School gymnasium balcony.  Practices will begin Dec. 1.

Dickinson to join hall of fame
TOLEDO - David Dickinson, formerly of Bowling Green, will be inducted into the City of Toledo sports hall of fame. He was a member of the 1994 Toledo Start undefeated Division I state championship baseball team, which is being inducted.
Dickinson attended Bowling Green High School for three years, helping the Bobcats win three Northern Lakes League titles and breaking several records.
After high school, Dickinson played junior college baseball in Texas and then Division I at New Mexico State University. He also later played professional baseball. He now resides in the Las Vegas-area.

Bus planned for possible BG-OSU women's game
If the Bowling Green women's basketball team wins the opening round game in the Pre-Season WNIT against Chicago State on Nov. 13, the Falcon Club will be hosting a bus to Ohio State where the Falcons will take on the Buckeyes on Nov. 15.
The bus trip is open to all Falcon fans. The cost is $20 for Falcon Club members, $25 for non-members and $15 for BGSU students. This does not include a game ticket.  
The bus will depart from Lot L, just north of Doyt Perry Stadium at 11 a.m. To make bus reservations call (419) 372-2401.

Rudolph Little League to meet
RUDOLPH - The Rudolph Little League has a meeting set for Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. at the Liberty Township Civic Center.
