Class Descriptions:

Spinning - Participants burn an average of 500 calories in 40 minutes of non-impact, individually paced, cardiovascular exercise. The Spinner allows you to set and maintain control of your own resistance, allowing you to conduct every ride at the pace that is right for you.

Step & Sculpt - A combination of step aerobics and body sculpting. Suitable for intermediate and advanced levels.

RIPPED - RIPPED= (R) Resistance (I) Intervals (P) Power (P) Plyometrics (E) Endurance (D) Dedication

Pilates - Pilates classes are offered in a 6-week session format. These are fee based classes and require a sign-up to register. Pilates is instructed by a highly certified instructor with tons of experience.

Child Care Hours:

9:00 am - 12:00 noon - Monday - Friday

4:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Monday - Thursday

**No child care on Friday evening & weekend**
