WATERVILLE – A community trick or treat will be hosted by Heartland of Waterville and Browning
Masonic Community on Thursday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. It will be held at Heartland, at 8885 Browning Drive.This
is a free event open to the public, with the goal of promoting a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience
for Waterville and the surrounding community. There will be candy and activities for costumed children of
