The following events will take place the week of May 24-28 at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
9 a.m. Exercise Class: $1 donation, location: Veterans Building at City Park, registration required
10:30 a.m. Class: Russian History & Literature - BGSU Ph.D. student Olga Kutovaya, registration required
12 p.m. Lunch: Sweet and sour chicken or pork chopette
1-4 p.m. Cards: Contract Bridge and Euchre

10 a.m. Club F.I.T. - registration required, sponsored by Wood Haven Health Care Therapy Dept.
11:30 a.m. Program: "Sleep Disorders" - Kathy Teeple, R.N., WCCOA
12 p.m. Lunch: Chicken paprikash or pizza
1 and 6 p.m. Movie Day: Feature - "The Blind Side," registration required
4:30 p.m. Program: Readers café, Michelle Richards, AmeriCorps.  Featured book: "Memoirs of a Geisha" by Arthur Golden
5:30 p.m. Dinner: BBQ meatballs, rice
6 p.m. Program: Dominoes
6 p.m. Living Through Loss support group  - Heritage Corner, 1069 Klotz Road

10 a.m. Trip: Wii Bowling vs. North Baltimore Senior Center, registration required
12 p.m. Lunch: Pepper steak or salmon croquette

CarFit - CarHop:  June 2  from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.  Location: Parking lot behind Elder Beerman at BG's Woodland Mall.  All licensed drivers 50 years of age and over are encouraged to drive their insured cars through 3 check points to find out how to make minor adjustments to enhance driving ability along with obtaining information on resources that could enhance your safety as a driver and increase your mobility in the community.  Free lunch will be provided for the first 25 participants.
