The following events will take place the week of July 21- 27 at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
9 a.m. Class: Get Fit by Video
11:15 a.m. Class: Delay the Disease: Parkinson's fitness program; $30 for 12 weeks, registration required
11:15 a.m. Intergenerational Fun Day: Plan Do and Talk - theme: Healthy Living
Noon-Lunch: Pizza Burger or Fish Sandwich   
1 p.m. Wii Bowling
1-4 p.m. Contract Bridge and Euchre

9-11 a.m. Class: Piano Lessons with Teresa Batterson; $10 for 30 minutes, registration required    
10 a.m. Club F.I.T. - registration required
Noon Lunch: Chicken Paprikash or Meatloaf   
1 p.m. Movie: "Guilt Trip" - registration required
1-3 p.m. Pickleball: Rossford Community Rec Center, 400 Dixie Highway; fee, registration required      
2:30 p.m. Scrabble
3:30 p.m. New Adventures Group: Ride the Slippery Elm Trail, 500 block of Sand Ridge Road, BG; dinner to follow at 5 p.m. at Good to Go, 1220 W. Wooster. Dinner cost on own; advance registration required
4:30 p.m. Readers Caf‚ąö¬©: Featured book: "Life of Pi" by Yann Martel, registration required
5:30 p.m. Dinner: Ham & Bean Soup, Waldorf salad
6 p.m. Dominoes

11:15 a.m. Program: Food News You Can Use - sponsored by Owens Community College nutrition students
Noon Lunch: Turkey Stew or Ham and Bean Soup      
12-1:30 p.m. NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group: for those with a mental illness, Wood County Office, 541 W. Wooster, 2nd floor
12-3 p.m. Computer Help Desk: Appointments required
1 p.m. Class: I Can Cope: series of educational classes for people facing cancer. Topic: Cancer and the Law
1-4 p.m. Class: Mah Jongg
1 p.m. Cribbage Interest Group
2 p.m. Grocery Shopping at Kroger, registration required
5:30 p.m. Dinner: BBQ Chicken Breast, potato cheese bake
6 p.m. Class: Zumba with Taylor Newlove; $20 for 8 weeks, pre-register

10 a.m. Class: Writer's Group, everyone welcome
10 a.m. Class: Light Weight Training with Janel Sweitzer; $20 for 8 weeks, pre-register

Noon Lunch: Chipped Beef or Creamed Chicken                 
1 p.m. Class: Tai Chi - registration required

Wood County Fair- Senior Day 2013: Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at county fairgrounds, 13800 W. Poe Road. All events, live entertainment and lunch held under the tent near Gate B and C.
