The following events will take place the week of Dec. 9-15 at the Wood County Senior Center
MONDAY
9 a.m. Class: Get Fit by Video
9-11 a.m. Class: Piano Lessons, Teresa Batterson; $10 for 30 minutes, registration required
11:15 a.m. Program: "Life with the Comics," host Larry Nader
Noon-Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken or Liver & Onions       
4 p.m. Trip: Mystery Restaurant - $2
1-4 p.m. Contract Bridge and Euchre

TUESDAY   
10 a.m. Club F.I.T.  Sponsored by Blakely Care Center, registration required
10 a.m.-noon Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose Clinic: Pemberville Area Senior Center.
Noon Lunch: Cabbage Roll or Tortilla Crunch Tilapia          
1 p.m. Transitions Group: For those with mild to moderate cognitive impairment; educational and social meeting
4:30 p.m. Readers Café: Featured book: "The Christmas Box" by Evanovich
5 p.m. Entertainment: Singer Laura Belleville and Pianist Amanda Mullins
5:30 p.m. Birthday Dinner: Glazed ham, sweet potatoes; registration required by 2 p.m.   
6 p.m. Dominoes  
7 p.m. Alzheimer's Support Group: St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Bowling Green

WEDNESDAY
10 a.m.-noon Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose Clinic: Perrysburg Area Senior Center  
11:30 a.m. Fair Housing Training Session: overview of the fair housing law and how one can file a complaint; open to general public
Noon Lunch: Meatballs or baked ham           
Noon-3 p.: Appointments required
1-4 p.m. Class: Mah Jongg
1 p.m. Cribbage Interest Group
2 p.m. Grocery Shopping at Meijer
2:30 p.m. Scrabble
5:30 p.m. Dinner: Ground Beef Quesadillas, Spanish rice; registration required by 2 p.m.   

THURSDAY
10 a.m. Class: Writer's Group, everyone welcome
10 a.m.-noon Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose Clinic: North Baltimore Area Senior Center.
11 a.m. Entertainment: Singer-guitarist Kerry Patrick Clark
Noon Lunch: Holiday Celebration: Roast Beef, baked potato; advance registration required
5:30 p.m. Dinner: Chicken Kiev, Summer blend vegetables; registration by 2 p.m.     
6 p.m. Class: Yoga, certified instructor Cathy Blatchly. Cost: $20 for 8 weeks, Sponsored by Sterling House of Bowling Green.
6 p.m. Diabetes Interest Group: "Stocking Stuffer Tidbits" - Wood County Hospital
6:30 p.m. Parkinson's Support Group: Blakely Care Center, Bowling Green

FRIDAY

SATURDAY, DEC. 15
11:30 a.m. Dominoes and Euchre Tournament: lunch served at 11:30 a.m. and games at 12:30, registration required
