Briar Hill will provide valentines to seniors
NORTH BALTIMORE - Do you have a Senior Sweetheart, a family member, neighbor, or special friend or church member? Make their Valentine's Day special with a complimentary box of chocolates and a flower from Briar Hill Health Campus. Call (419) 257-2421 to reserve a free flower and box of chocolates for a special someone.
All orders must be placed by Feb. 10. Orders can be picked up on Feb. 14, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., at Briar Hill, 600 Sterling Drive.

Early memory loss Feb. 14
The Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter, will host "Transitions," a program designed for people with early stage memory loss and their friends and families. It will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main Street, Bowling Green.  
"Transitions" focuses on social and educational opportunities and group sharing. Persons who are experiencing forgetfulness, mild confusion or difficulty finding the right words may benefit.
Registration is requested. Call 1-800-272-3900.

The East Toledo Senior Activities Center is taking registrations for its 2012 Senior Softball Leagues. All individuals ages 50 and over are eligible to play in the ETSAC Senior Leagues.  
There are two evening leagues, 50 and over and 58 and over.  
Entry fee is $50, Feb. 1-March 16, and includes T-shirt, hat, league fees and membership.   
If you have never played before but are interested this year, or know of someone who would like to play, call Mary at (419) 691-2254.  
Registration deadline will be March 16 at 4 p.m.  After this date, there will be a $10 late registration fee.
