|Healthy Steps series begins Sept. 4 in Bowling Green|

A program titled Healthy Steps will be offered Wednesdays, from Sept. 4 to Oct. 9 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Wood County Senior Center in Bowling Green.
Cost is $15 for the six-week series taught by certified instructor Jim Berger, Heartland Rehabilitation Services.
This evidence based fitness program is part movement, part dance exercise to popular past-era music. It improves range of motion, balance and flexibility.
