Delay the Disease, a free trial class, will be offered April 17 at 9 a.m. at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
Delay the Disease is an evidence–based fitness program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s Disease by optimizing their physical function and helping delay the progression of symptoms.
This free community-based trial exercise class is one hour in length and led by a certified instructor. It focuses on Parkinson’s-specific exercises that help fight the symptoms of the disease.
Join and participate at your own level of ability. Caregivers are encouraged to join in too.
