Elmwood Class of 1963 holds 50-year reunion PDF Print E-mail

The Elmwood High School Class of 1963 gathered for its 50th reunion July 13 at the Findlay Inn and Conference Center.
Classmates came from many states outside Ohio, including Alaska, West Virginia, Louisiana, Texas, Indiana and Michigan.
Classmates who attended were Bill Stearns, Richard Ziegler, Dave Williams, Bill Hudson, Dan Fry, John Bigelow, Wally Rosendale, Pepper Amos, Doug Rosendale, Larry Salisbury, Gary Campbell.
Kirby White, Keith Henline, Sharyn (Maidment) Mowrey, Ann (Cessna) Marshall, Jackie (Carnicom) Luman, Carol (McCullough) Templeman. Linda (Haughawout) Whitney, Phyllis (Nungester) Kerr, Carol (McDonald) Wright, Lynn (Wilkinson) Dorman, Janice Sander and Lori (Gobel) Franks.
Marie (Brown) Foust, the class sponsor and physical education teacher, was also present.
Thirteen spouses joined the group for the evening.
A moment of silence was held for the 10 members who are deceased. Class members who served in the military were thanked for their service.
This class was the first to attend the original Elmwood High School all four years.
