BG session on 'Memory: What's Normal and Not' coming June 6 PDF Print E-mail

The Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is hosting a free educational workshop, "Memory and Aging: What's Normal and What's Not," next Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Sterling House of Bowling Green, 121 N. Wintergarden Road.
The program will include light refreshments.
This family and community event is for those who want to learn more about memory changes, or are concerned about their own or someone else's memory. Topics will include factors that can affect memory, treatable causes of memory changes, as well as those that may be signs of a health problem or dementia.

In a previous story on the program that ran in the May 24 newspaper, the association gave an incorrect, earlier start time for the workshop. It will only be offered once on Thursday, at 6.
