Vacation Bible School season begins

With Memorial Day behind, it’s time for Vacation Bible Schools.
Those reported include one focusing on "Kingdom Rock," one on "Discovery Canyon" and
one on "Workshop of Wonders."
• Working in order of the events held, Custar Community Vacation Bible School will be June 9-13 at Custar
United Methodist Church.
The Workshop of Wonders theme will be used, allowing the participants to "Imagine and Build With
God."
Sessions will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The sessions are open to youth ages 3 through sixth grade.
Registration can be made by calling Cheryl Nagel at 419-669-3126.
Participants will be able to build items as they grow, work and walk with God.
• First Presbyterian Church of Perrysburg invites all children, ages 3 through fifth grade to come to its
"Discovery Canyon: Explore the Wonders of the Word," Vacation Bible School.
The action is June 9-12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Dinner is provided for the children at 6 p.m.
Participants will sing g, create memorable crafts, and enjoy games and snacks as they explore Bible
stories.
The program will be held at the church located at Elm and Second streets in Perrysburg. For more

• The Luckey Community Vacation Bible School will be held June 16-20 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. It will be
held for children ages 3 through sixth grade and all are welcome. This year’s theme is Kingdom Rock.
