FREMONT – Terra State Community College is hosting its first Life Scholars Expo – Pathways to a Better
Life on June 3.
This free event will feature speakers and displays from area vendors. It will be held in the Neeley
Conference and Hospitality Center on Terra State’s campus, 2830 Napoleon Road, Fremont.
Keynote speaker is Diana Waugh, Certified Dementia Consultant with Waugh Consulting. Her presentation is
titled, "I’m Still in Here … Come Find Me – My Todays are a Blur, but My Yesterdays are My
Strength."
Other speakers include:
• Darren Horrigan, RN and Nurse Administrator for Nursing Resources – "Home Health Care"
• Vicki Meade, RN and Director of Hospice of Memorial Hospital – "Hospice: Care Beyond Cure"

• Phillip T. Wylkan, Certified Elder Law Attorney – "Planning your Pathway and Preserving your
Assets"
