At least two Wood County pastors will be involved in the fourth year for the Exclaim festival.
Jeremy Camp, one of the top Christian musical performers in the country, will headline Exclaim 2013, Toledo's largest free outdoor Christian music festival. Exclaim 2013 will be held on Sunday at the Monsignor Schmit CYO Athletic Complex, 555 S. Holland-Sylvania Road, in Toledo. Gates open at 1 p.m, and the event will last until 9 p.m.
Exclaim 2013 is a family event that will feature three nationally known musicians: The Jacob and Matthew Band (2 p.m), Hawk Nelson (3:30 p.m) and Jeremy Camp (5 p.m).  There will also be music from Amanda Vernon, a Catholic singer/songwriter who will perform on the second stage.
In addition, Father Mark Davis, pastor of St. Aloysius in Bowling Green will once again perform his popular magic act.
Father Herb Weber,  pastor of Blessed John XXIII Parish in Perrysburg will deliver the homily at the closing Mass at 7 p.m. Other priests will assist in the culminating celebration.
Exclaim 2013 will also feature games; children's activities; information from area ministries and businesses; an outdoor Eucharistic Adoration chapel; and a private Reconciliation tent. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be sold.
"This is our fourth year for Exclaim," says Michael Puppos, Exclaim director and pastoral associate for music and ;liturgy at Blessed John XXIII.  "Last year we had nearly 10,000 in attendance, and we expect an even larger crowd this year with our headliner Jeremy Camp."
He added, "Our goal with Exclaim is to bring Christians together  and inspire them to take the positive energy from the day and put their faith into action."
Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets, money for food and beverages, sunscreen, and water.
If you bring a small tent for shade, you will be asked to set up the tent around the perimeter of the seating area in order not to obstruct the view of others.
No pets, alcoholic beverages or cigarettes are permitted on the CYO Athletic Complex.
