The program Sunday at Maumee Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation will be "Everyone Needs a Rock," annual water communion, by Rev. Lynn Kerr.
Senior Pastor Steve Baney's message at Plain Congregational Church will continue the "Love Illuminated" series with a study of John's gospel.
Pastor Henry Seibert's theme for the one 9 a.m. Sunday service at St. Mark's Lutheran Church is "Always Being Made New." Pastor Melanie Haack will officiate at the Saturday service.

This will also be Rally Day with activities for the youth from 9 to 10 a.m., followed by an outdoor worship service at 10:15 a.m. and a chicken barbecue picnic following.

Pastor Ralph Mineo's sermon topic for Rally Day Sunday at St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church will be "The Gospel in Seven Words." The Good News and Amen leadership team will participate in worship.
Sunday will be the annual outdoor service at the Pemberville Depot, 215 Hickory St. at 10:30 a.m. The public is invited to bring a friend and a lawn chair. Food and fellowship for all will follow. In case of rain, this will be held indoors at First United Presbyterian Church at 10:45 a.m.

Fall worship hours resume with worship at 8 and 10:30 a.m., Sunday school at 9:15 a.m. Sunday evening services are at 5 p.m. on the second and fourth Sundays.
