Eggs hidden
PEMBERVILLE - SonFire by the River Church has hidden plastic eggs around the village as part of its promotion of Easter services at the church service. Inside each egg is a coupon that may be redeemed for a free bag of homemade Easter candy that will be distributed on Easter Sunday prior to the 10:30 a.m. Easter service. All worshippers are invited to a free Easter buffet in the Higher Ground Coffee shop from 9-10 a.m. prior to the service.

Children invited to hunt
Children ages 12 and younger are invited to Hope Lutheran Church to hunt for Easter eggs, play games and other fun activities at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, 13507 Cloverdale Road.

Night egg hunt set
LifePoint Bowling Green Church will hold an Easter egg hunt and crafts in an time at night. The Easter event will be held Saturday at 6 p.m.
Ope to all, it will feature arts and crafts with food being served at 6 p.m. Around 7:30 p.m. the youth will go outside for an unusual Easter egg hunt at night.  Each plastic egg will include a small glow stick to aid in finding it and a prize inside.
The church is located at 701 W. Poe Road, the former home of Northside Baptist Church.

Ham loaf dinner planned
GRAND RAPIDS - Calvary United Methodist Church, West Third Street, will hold a ham loaf dinner April 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. or until sold out. The meal also includes, potato, vegetable, salad, roll, dessert and beverage. Adult dinners are $8, with children 12 and under for $4. Carry-outs are available. Proceeds will benefit the church's Youth Mission Fund.
