Spring festival Sunday
BRADNER - St. James Lutheran Church, located at the corner of Timmons and Caldwell in the village, will hold its spring festival, "He's Alive!" Sunday following the 10 a.m. worship. The members will be serving a meal and presenting the Resurrection Story, playing games, making a craft and having an Easter egg hunt.
The public is invited.

Schaefer named interim pastor
NEW ROCHESTER - Pastor Dale Schaefer has been named as the interim pastor for St. Paul Lutheran Church in New Rochester. Schaefer retired last year from St. Mark's Lutheran in Bowling Green.

Community dinner offered
RISINGSUN - St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Risingsun, holds its monthly community dinner Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The menus includes turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, vegetable, salad bar, pie and beverage for a donation.
The public is invited.

'Lead On' event at CedarCreek
With a little more than four months until the next Global Leadership Summit, CedarCreek Church wants to find ways to help leaders get better all year round. On Saturday from 9-11 a.m. at the South Toledo Campus business leaders will gather together to hear from Brian Kennedy, director of the Toledo Museum of Art to talk about how to improve one's visual literacy.

NEW ROCHESTER - The date for St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church's "Household items and clothing give-away" is this Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the church, 14545 North River Road, New Rochester. An incomplete date was published last Friday.
