Taj Rohr in concert
GRAND RAPIDS - Taj Rohr will appear in concert Sunday at 10:45 a.m. at New Life Community Church in Grand Rapids (corner of Woodburn Avenue and Second Street).
The concert is free and there will be an offering taken for his ministry.
Rohr performs Southern Gospel music.

Fish fries for Lent
The following Lenten fish fries have been scheduled for area churches:
• St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Bowling Green - the Knights of Columbus will hold fish fries in Hartmann Hall Feb. 15, March 1 and March 15, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
• St. Rose Parish, Perrysburg - the Knights of Columbus will hold an Ash Wednesday Fish Fry and every Friday in Lent, except for Good Friday. The meal includes choice of baked potatoes or french fries, coleslaw, rolls, soup, beverages and homemade desserts (for an added donation). For those who are not prone to enjoy fish, they serve macaroni and cheese or  cheese pizza. Service is from 5 to 7 p.m. Cost is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $5 per child. Carry-outs available.

Church dinner set
LUCKEY - Faith United Methodist Church, 111 Main St., Luckey, will hold a church dinner on Saturday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The menu includes ham loaf or meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, California blend vegetables, fruit salad, pie and beverage.
Meals are $8 for adults, with children 12 and under eating for $4. Carry outs are available.

Soup and salad lunch Sunday
The congregation of Hope Lutheran Church, 13507 Cloverdale Road, will host a soup and salad luncheon in the fellowship hall Sunday from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donations will benefit the Lutheran Association for Missionary Pilots and Champions in Action. The menu includes cheddar chowder and beef noodle soup, chicken and sliced ham sandwiches, along with a variety of salads and desserts.

Spaghetti meal offered
MAUMEE - Maumee St. Joseph's Rosary Altar Society will host its annual spaghetti dinner on Feb. 17 from noon to 5 p.m. The tradition dates back to the early 1900s.
The homemade spaghetti and meatballs dinner includes tossed salad, garlic bread, beverage and dessert.
Cost is $7 for adults and carry-outs, $4 for children age 4-11 and free for those 3 and under.
It will be served from noon to 5 p.m. in the St. Joseph's Community Center at the corner of Allen Street and West Broadway in Maumee.
