PERRYSBURG - Offering freedom from hurts, habits, and hangups, CedarCreek Church launches the nationally recognized program Celebrate Recovery on Sep. 27 at their four area campuses.
More than 1 million people in over 19,000 churches worldwide have gone through Celebrate Recovery started by John Baker, a recovering alcoholic and pastor at Rick Warren's Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. Celebrate Recovery is a biblical and balanced program designed for everyone.
"The emphasis is on healing "hurts, hang-ups and habits," said John Baker, a pastor at Rick Warren's Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Calif., who founded the program in 1990. Only 1 of 3 participants is dealing with chemical dependency." USA Today, May 23, 2013.
